As such, we've cooked up a few protein powder recipes for you with all kinds of different foods. Whether you're on a vegan, plant-based-only diet, a whole-food paleolithic diet, or the low-carb fat-burning keto diet, these recipes are sure to be delicious!

Berry

BERRY PROTEIN OAT BARS

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 5 scoops of EVR-FIT EDGE Antioxidant Berry Blend plant-based protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries of choice

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)

  • Step 2

    In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, protein powder, and sea salt

    In a separate bowl, mix together the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract

  • Step 4

    Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and stir until well combined, and fold in the frozen mixed berries

  • Step 5

    Press the mixture into a parchment-lined baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden brown

  • Step 6

    Let the bars cool completely before slicing them into squares

CHOCOLATE AVOCADO PROTEIN PUDDING

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 5 scoops of EVR-FIT EDGE Chocolate plant-based protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Pinch of sea salt

    Blend the avocado until smooth

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup EVR-FIT EDGE Chocolate plant-based protein powder
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional toppings: chopped nuts, unsweetened shredded coconut, fresh berries

    In a small saucepan, bring the almond milk to a boil over medium heat

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
