BERRY PROTEIN OAT BARS

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats 
5 scoops of EVR-FIT EDGE Antioxidant Berry Blend plant-based protein powder
1/2 cup almond butter 
1/4 cup maple syrup 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
Pinch of sea salt 
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries of choice

DIRECTIONS

Step 1 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C

Step 2 - In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, protein powder, and sea salt

Step 3 - In a separate bowl, mix together the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract

Step 4 - Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and stir until well combined, and fold in the frozen mixed berries

Step 5 - Press the mixture into a parchment-lined baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden brown

Step 6 - Let the bars cool completely before slicing them into squares
