BERRY SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Ingredients:

Combine in Blender Add the frozen berries into the blender, which will help maintain a frosty and refreshing texture. Pour the soy milk over the berries, allowing it to mingle with the fruity goodness. Add the almond butter, giving the smoothie a nutty flavor and creamy consistency. Finally, add the protein powder on top, ensuring it’s evenly distributed for smooth blending.

Adjust Consistency: After blending, check the consistency of your smoothie. If it’s too thick for your liking, gradually add more soy milk, a little at a time, blending thoroughly until you reach your desired consistency.Conversely, if the smoothie is too thin, you can add a few more frozen berries or a bit more protein powder to thicken it up. Blend again until well mixed.
