KETO PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN BALLS

Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup EVR-FIT EDGE Chocolate plant-based protein powder
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt  
2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

DIRECTIONS

Step 1 - In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, EVR-FIT EDGE Chocolate plant-based protein powder, natural peanut butter, sugar-free maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt until well combined

Step 2 - Roll the mixture into small balls, and roll each ball in the shredded coconut

Step 3 - Place the balls in the refrigerator to firm up for at least 30 minutes before serving
