Vegan Protein Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients:

1 scoop Evr Fit Edge Protein Powder Chocolate (adds a rich chocolate flavor and a boost of protein)
2 frozen bananas (frozen for at least 4-6 hours for a creamy texture)
1/4 cup plant-based milk (almond, soy, or oat milk works great—choose your favorite!)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for a touch of natural sweetness and flavor)

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Start with the dry ingredients, then add the almond butter, maple syrup, and a splash of plant-based milk. Mix thoroughly until the texture is sticky but not too wet. Add more plant-based milk if needed.

Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls with your hands. Aim for uniform sizes so they chill evenly.

Place the balls on a lined tray or plate and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.

Optional: Once chilled, you can roll the balls in shredded coconut or chopped nuts for a little extra texture and flavor.

Store the bliss balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze them for longer storage. Enjoy these nutritious treats any time you need a quick energy boost!
